The management of Novus Microfinance Bank calls for applications from interested and qualified candidates as Banking Agents in the Benue Financial Inclusion Project.

The Executive Governor, His Excellency, Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia, aims at engaging 3,000 youths as Banking Agents across the 276 council wards of Benue State, ensuring that Benue residents gain access to banking services within a 5-kilometer radius across the state.

Requirements

1. Residency in the desired council ward.
2. Age 18 and above.
3. Literacy skills.
4. Business experience is an added advantage
5. Own a shop in the location.
6. Valid ID.
7. Good community reputation and no criminal record.
8. Willingness to undergo training.
9. Ability to manage cash and transactions.
10. Two local guarantors.
11. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
